freestyla’s 20th anniversary

It is with great pride that Freestyla Construction and Recruitment Ltd celebrates its 20th anniversary. Reflecting on the past two decades, the company is grateful for the support and trust of its customers, partners, and employees, who have enabled it to achieve this milestone.Works on many of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure projects, such as City Rail Link and the Central Interceptor, are just some of Freestyla’s achievements.

The New Zealand infrastructure industry has undergone significant changes over the past 20 years, driven by advances in technology, changes in demographics, and evolving societal expectations. While Freestyla’s commitment to health and safety remains its number one priority, its emphasis is also on adopting new policies to ensure the business contributes in a way that supports these changes within the industry.

Looking forward, the major challenge the industry faces is finding enough skilled labour to keep up with demand. Freestyla is currently looking beyond local markets and exploring new areas for expansions, so that the company can ensure its customers have the people and skills they need to succeed in the years to come. Collaboration with customers and apprentice programs is a priority for Freestyla, and it continues to invest in training by fostering this culture of learning and development to continue to supply talented workers who can grow into new roles, which will help fuel the industry’s growth.

Freestyla Construction and Recruitment Ltd is excited about the future and committed to continuing its journey.
